Please bear in mind:

• OpenRent is a platform for private landlords and tenants. We always recommend using Rent Now, available from every property page to initiate a tenancy. Unless you are using our managed Rent Now application process, we are unable to intervene once you enter an agreement with the landlord.
• We never recommend handing cash over to the landlord. If you were to proceed outside Rent Now against our recommendations, you should always use bank transfer or other traceable means of transferring the money, and make sure to obtain a copy of identification documents from the landlord.
• If you believe the landlord has acted unlawfully, you should seek support from the police.
• With that said, we can still reach out to the Landlord on your behalf and ask that they contact you and clarify any outstanding issues by submitting a report below.

Use this category to report a property where the property is not accurately displayed in the listing. Please include any relevant communications you've had as attachments.
