You are covered for any damage to the roof of the let property where internal damage has been caused or is likely.

You are covered for damage to, or blockage, breakage or leaking of, the drains or plumbing system that you are responsible for in the let property.
Management Lite & Plus Heating failure cover
You are covered for the failure of the main heating system in the let property. Where we have accepted a claim under insured event Heating failure that relates to a central heating boiler, and we have assessed the boiler to be beyond economic repair, we will pay the costs, or a contribution towards the costs*, of a replacement boiler, rather than attempting any repairs.
Management Lite & Plus Power supply failure cover
You are covered for the failure of the domestic electricity or gas supply, in the boundaries of the let property.
Management Lite & Plus Toilet unit cover
You are covered for impact damage to, or mechanical failure of, a toilet bowl or cistern that results in the complete loss of function of any toilet in the let property, whether or not there are other working toilets.
Management Lite & Plus Home security cover
You are covered for the failure of or damage to external doors, windows or locks resulting in the let property becoming insecure. In addition, in shared occupancy residences, the failure of or damage to internal key-operated lockable doors, which provide access to a tenant’s exclusive room.
Management Lite & Plus Keys cover
You are covered for scenarios where the only available set of keys to the let property is lost, stolen or damaged and an insured person or authorised person can’t replace them, or can’t gain normal access to the let property. This includes, in shared occupancy residences, keys to internal key-operated lockable doors, which provide access to a tenant’s exclusive room.
Management Lite & Plus Overnight Accommodation
If the let property remains uninhabitable overnight following an insured event, we will reimburse an insured person for hotel accommodation.

This service covers you for relevant events (as described in the insurance policy wording) that happen after your policy has begun. If a fault pre-dates the purchase of the policy, repair of this fault will not be covered under the policy. However, we will be happy to offer a paid service to repair existing faults wherever possible.

This service will be billed monthly, for 12 months, against the card used for the initial purchase. If you cancel within this 12-month period, your coverage will end and you may be liable for a cancellation fee.

This product includes a 14 day cooling off period. There is a no quibble money back guarantee if cancelled within 14 days of purchase or start of cover (whichever is later), provided that no claims have been made or benenfits used.

* A maximum contribution of £500 applies.
