That's right - we'll come and repair a huge range of emergency issues at your property at no extra cost.
How do the tenants report an issue?
Tenants can report issues using our online dashboard or our 24/7 support line. We'll send you email updates to keep you informed of any issues, but we ensure everything gets resolved for you.
What if something isn't covered?
We like to think our policy is very comprehensive, but in the unlikely event that something isn't covered, we will provide a quote for the repair just like any other non-emergency request.
What about property improvements or non-emergency repairs?
We will provide a quote from our team of vetted and trusted contractors for you to approve before carrying out any work. Your online dashboard allows easy communication with your tenants and a central place for all updates for the work or repair.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes - you are able to cancel whenever you like provided you haven’t made a claim under the policy or used a policy benefit. In this case we'll stop your policy at the end of the current billing period and cancel any future monthly payments.
