A room is available for rent in a shared apartment starting from June 9th, however, the date is flexible. It could be rented before or after if needed.
I am a third-year university student returning to Spain after being here for 8 months. It's a shared apartment with Azucena, a 55-year-old Spanish national. She would be your flatmate. She's lovely, tidy, and spends a lot of time outside the apartment. During these months, she and I have adapted perfectly, considering I'm 30 years younger, and I've really enjoyed my stay.
The best thing about living here is that it's very cozy, located in a very strategic area, and it's a space for two people, which leads to a very clean environment. The room is furnished: a bed, a large wardrobe, a mirror, a shelf, bedside table, desk, and a chair. It's very spacious, with large windows and high ceilings. There is a big living room to share with TV, a desk and a dinner table. There's also one big toilet to share between both.
I need someone interested in moving in from June 9th, which is the monthly payment date. The rent is £950 per month, plus £100 for council tax and another £100 for bills, sometimes less, depending on the colder months. The deposit is £950, which should be transferred to me. At the moment you move out, the new tenant you find will return the deposit to you.
