3 Bed Terraced House, Kingston Road, BS3

Short term let for a three bed Victorian Terraced house, fully furnished, in Southville. The house is available from September to the start of December, but the dates can be a little flexible. Just message me and we'll see if we can make it work.

THE AREA: The house is just a few minutes walk (under five) from Wapping Wharf where you will find shops, restaurants and bars by the water. It's also just over five minutes walk from North Street where you will find more pubs, restaurants and shops. The house is extremely close to the centre of town and easy walking distance from Broadmead, the harbour side, and park street. Clifton is around a 40 minute walk. 

THE HOUSE: The house is fully furnished and quite stylish. We can provide bedding, plates, cutlery, even oils and spices in the kitchen. The house has four bedrooms but the smallest room we will close off and keep our personal belongings in there during the rental period. 

Downstairs you'll find the living room, a separate sitting room (where you will also find the washing machine and tumble drier in cupboards) an the kitchen diner. The kitchen opens out onto a small garden with bifolding doors. The garden was a pagoda and sofa. 

On the first floor, you'll find bedroom one and two and the main bathroom. Bedroom one has a kingsize bed and bay window. The bathoom has a claw foot tub, a large shower, toilet and sink. Bedroom two has changed a little from the current photos and has a sofa bed rather than a double bed. However, if this is an issue I'm sure we can fit in a double bed as well as the sofa. We can discuss it. 

The next floor up has the attic room. This has a king size bed and an en suite with shower, toilet and sink. There is also a sofa area with a ceiling mounted projector and sound bar for watching films (this connects to a phone or laptop via bluetooth).
