Location: Beaufort Square is a quiet residential development within Windsor Village. This modern 3 story townhouse overlooks a central green. The property has good links to the City Centre; it is a 5 minute walk to Newport Road which has regular bus services to the city centre. It's accessible to local amenities such as supermarkets, gyms, shops, departments stores etc.
Rent and Deposit: The rent is £560 per month inclusive of Council Tax, TV Licence and unlimited Broadband The deposit is £560 which will be protected with MY Deposits. Referencing required; details upon request.
