The breakfast bar with bar stools looks out across the garden. A shared laundry room with washing and drying facilities is available within the Mill.
The lounge area has a 2 seater sofa bed, sideboard, television and view of the garden. The bedroom sleeps 2 in a double bed and includes a wardrobe and drawers. Bed linen can be provided. The separate bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet.
The apartment has recently been refurbished and is well maintained with good quality furniture. It is heated with an eco-friendly biomass boiler and you have access to the thermostat so heating is to suit your requirements. Private parking is included together with a secure cycle store and up to 1 dog is allowed. This is a no smoking property.
From the doorstep of the Apartment are public footpaths and cycle routes leading to Cod Beck Reservoir and the North York Moors and much more. The pretty village of Osmotherley has three pubs and a village shop.
