Tenant Requirements:
Full-time employed professionals or applicants with a UK guarantor. Alternatively, 12 months` rent in advance may be considered.
A guarantor must be a UK resident earning 36 times the monthly rent per annum or be a property owner with no mortgage. The guarantor will be jointly liable for both the property and the rental payments and will undergo a similar vetting process as the tenant.
Applicants must commit to a lease term of at least 12 months.
