It comprises a modern living/dining/kitchen area with a beautiful wooden parquet floor and all integrated appliances including a dishwasher and microwave fridge/freezer with a separate area for the washing machine.
There is a spacious outside deck/balcony to the rear with seating built in for dining and a pagoda for shade if required.
Both double bedrooms have hand-built fitted wardrobes installed along with fitted blinds throughout.
The modern shower room has a large walk in shower with basin and WC. It is tiled from floor to ceiling.
Most furniture is included (subject to regular cleaning).
Parking is permit parking arranged with Folkestone and Hythe District Council.
It would suit couples rather than families as the living space is relatively compact (small but beautiful) The second bedroom could be used as a living room or office if a more spacious dining /kitchen area were preferred.
