This is a lovely one bedroom flat on the first floor of a small, well maintained, block in the Roundhill area of Brighton - just to the south of Preston Park. The flat has an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner and a bedroom, both of which face the really quiet area to the rear of the property. There is a bathroom, with a shower over the bath, which is to the side of the flat. There is a small, communal garden to the front of the building. London Road rail station is a 5 minute walk away.
