I’ll be moving in with my partner in June, so I’m currently looking for a new tenant for my 2B2B flat in Colindale, North London.
The flat was completed in 2021, and I’ve been living here for over four years. It’s been well-maintained and thoughtfully decorated, and I hope to find a long-term tenant who will take good care of it.
We’ll be clearing out all personal items and small appliances when we move, and will also be taking some of the furniture with us — as well as our two cats 🐈.
Since I mostly work from home as a freelancer and live here with my partner, we converted the second bedroom into a home office with a custom-built desk (DIY!).
If you’d prefer it as a bedroom again, just let me know in advance — I’m happy to set it up with a new bed and wardrobe.
