Over looking the park - located in a private close, the property over looks the park. a mere 10 second walk from the front door and you are there.
Very quiet location - with no passing car traffic and only 5 properties situated in the close, it is a very quiet and tranquil atmosphere.
Allocated parking - you have 1 allocated car parking space. Vans larger than car size caanot use the car park and would have to be parked on the public highway.

Smokers - For thiose who smoke it is not permitted in the property. So we ask you to simply go outside, you will find an ash tray on the patio table in the garden and one outside the from door.
No pets - Yes we all love our favourite furry friends, sadly this does not apply to everyone and to ensure tenants do not have an allergic reaction we have had to limit which properties can have pets and this is not one of them. if this is a specific requirement then please get in touch as we may have other options.
