The flat is located in London N4 (Stroud Green also known as Finsbury Park).

The nicely furnished flat, flooded with natural daylight, is set on the middle floor and has a large lounge/dining room across the entire width of the building including a dedicated work area. A separate kitchen with breakfast bar/additional work space, a modern bathroom/wet room and a very spacious and quiet double bedroom at the back of the building complete the property.

Excellent transport links with two Underground lines as well as mainline services to practically any part of the UK. The London Overground is even closer and if you count the Eurostar as public transport, the flat is, technically, only three a stops away from Paris, Brussels or Amsterdam. And while residents' parking is available right outside the building there are also plenty of Lime bikes in the area.

All major supermarkets are within walking distance and the high street at the end of the road features everything from dry-cleaner and hairdresser to pharmacies and physiotherapist. Delis, organic/wholefood outlets, wine bars and a variety of great pubs are less than five minutes away.

The park itself is 7-8 minutes down the road or, alternatively, can be reached via the foliage-filled and tranquil Parkland Walk which starts at the end of the road.
