I’ll be leaving the UK for an internship and need to sublet my student accommodation. 

The room is well-equipped with a microwave, heating, TV, 24/7 hot water, and great natural lighting.

Shared kitchen includes fridges and ovens, and is cleaned daily.
The building also has a laundry room, 24/7 reception and security access, CCTV, and two large common rooms (great for studying or relaxing — there's even a pool table!).

The room is located in a high-end residential area in Chelsea, with excellent security and a convenient location. Within a 20-minute walk, you can reach multiple supermarkets (including M&S, Waitrose, Tesco, and Sainsbury’s), underground stations, bus stops (right outside the building), and banks (HSBC, Metro, Lloyds).

• The accommodation often provides free food and hosts events.
• Viewings available both online and in person.

As this is student housing, there are two requirements for subletting: female tenant only and must be a student currently.

Availability: July 1st to September 10th (72 days total)

• £99 per week for the full 72-day period

• £119 per week for stays of 60 to 72 days

• £137 per week for stays of 30 to 60 days
