Situated on a quiet street just off Dumfries town centre. Very short walk to supermarkets and short walk to railway station. Easy on-street parking and large free car park very close by.  Suitable for professional/s or sensible student/s. Pets would be considered.
Non-smoking or strictly outdoors only. Tenants are welcome to have a peaceful friend to visit but, sorry, no parties as everyone is in employment.
Management team provides 24 hour emergency callout service.

The bathroom and shower room (with toilets) and a separate toilet room are shared with just 4 others so very few queues (3 other rooms have ensuites).

The housebills (inc in rent) are gas, electricity, licence for communal TV, council tax & waste disposal, and there is fast wifi and washing machine and dryer so, for day to day living,  you just need to pay for your own food.

The house has an HMO licence which means that it is safe for more than 2 unrelated tenants (re gas, fire, electrical supply, drinking water quality, legionella etc) and has valid insurance.
