Will be sharing house with three nurses working shifts at the local hospital. Bedroom is 4.5m x 2.9m. No couple please, as we can only accept one more tenant due to HMO licensing requirements. We also cannot accept students due to insurance reasons.

Based in a perfect location, being only a 5-minute walk from the Royal Surrey County Hospital, the Surrey Sports Park, and Tesco as well as other local amenities, and a 10-minute walk from both University campuses. Excellent transport links to Guildford Town Centre, with a frequent bus service stopping just outside the front door. 

The house includes four good-sized bedrooms (two with double beds), a lounge with two large sofas, a conservatory, a bathroom and W/C, a downstairs toilet, and a spacious garden with decking and a shed for outside storage. Street parking is available nearby.
