This flat comes fully furnished, and comes inclusive of high speed WiFi. The development itself has residents facilities, such as a concierge, remote working centre and rooftop terrace.  

There are a few requirements that our landlord need to be met to pass referencing:
- minimum household income of £62k. 
- ideally working professionals with proof of employment. 
- previous rental history that you can prove.

This contract runs until August 2026, with the potential to extend further.
