We are on the outskirts of Raunds and our home offers easy access to the A14 or the A45. Parking is available on the drive. We also have an electric car charging pod. Buses run locally with easy access towards Northampton. Wellingborough railway station is 20 minutes in the car. Northampton and Kettering both approximately 30 minutes in the car.

We are close to shops and some lovely countryside walks. We have a large, quiet garden space too, which backs onto the local cemetery, meaning our neighbours are very quiet and well-behaved 😉 We are also not overlooked by the houses on either side.

There is a choice of 2 rooms available to rent in our 5-bedroom family home, with access to the shared family bathroom, which has a bath and a shower. There is a second separate toilet on the ground floor.

Bedroom 2 – 3.32m x 2.08m, this is currently used as a dressing room so the photograph shows no furniture in situ at the moment. This room is to the rear aspect of the house and next to the family bathroom. Bedroom 4 – 3.03m x 2.05m. This room is to the front aspect of the house.

We have some storage to offer in an outside annexe or garage too.
