I am moving in with some friends and their rent runs out before mine so I am looking for a male student to take over my contract in my current flat from the 4th of May until the end of August (when you can renew the contract with the landlord, if you like).
Rent is £420pcm plus bills (~£60). The room is nice and spacious and comes with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, a shower room on each floor, a kitchen with plenty of fridge space, a garden with a secure bike shed and a currently empty double driveway.
Current flatmates are clean and quiet PhD/ Master's students and landlord is very quick to solve any issues.
Location is a half hour walk or 10 min cycle from UoB and you can also catch the X21 or X22 from bus stops ~5 minutes away which will get you there in ~10/20 mins and to centre in 35 mins.
