The management company (like most) do not officially allow pets. However, I can overlook for example a small cat if you are discreet and extra considerate towards maintaining the property. No dogs or larger animals will be considered I'm afraid.

With regret, the Landlord is unwilling to accept this circumstance again due to insurance vulnerability. As mentioned, referencing may be carried out to ensure you can fully cover the rent without any housing benefit top-up.
