Upstairs is accessed from the staircase in the lounge where plush carpets have been laid throughout the second floor. The large master bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobe, bedside tables and a large set of drawers and fitted blinds. The second bedroom currently has a single bed and wardrobe but could fit a small double bed or 2 single beds. It also has fitted blinds. The newly tiled bathroom contains 3 piece suite with separate shower cubicle. The house is double glazed and extremely economical with its bills as has recently had new damp roof course installed , insulation and soundproofing to provide a warm and cosy environment . On street parking in front of the property is provided with a permit and visitor passes available for the tenant. Extra passes can be purchased from the local council. It is located within walking distance to Wigan Infirmary and the Town centre. There is also bus stops within 200m and railway stations within 3 km. Very good schools are located within this catchment area including Offsted rated Outstanding School Woodfield primary school which is on the same street. Local pubs and restaurants within walking distance is an added bonus for this property. There are large supermarkets close by including a Tesco extra within 2 km. The property is available for immediate tenancy. References will be required and a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent.
