The solid wood spiral stairs are lit at night with green fairy lights (so as to not fully wake one at night) to support safe passage to the ground floor and continues into the wetroom. All of the ground floor, lounge, kitchen and the wetroom are finished in modern easy to clean travertine tiling. There is a small courtyard leading to the side entrance door, with wireless door chime and large black door mounted locking outdoor mailbox and lit with motion detected light. With an unheated utility with large storage area a further WC, a plumbed point for washing machine, with further room for tumble dryer and full height fridge/freezer. The end result is a truly superb home that must be viewed to be fully appreciated!
