The village of North Rigton has one of the best dog friendly pubs in the area, The Square and Compass.

The landlord accepts well behaved pets and the house is perfectly located for dog walks in the local area. The farm itself has a 2km dog walk around the 60 acres it is set on. Dogs must be kept on a lead and access is gained with permission of the farmer.

The house is pictured furnished but will be left totally unfurnished except for a wardrobe for coats downstairs and a small piano. There are no white goods in the house at all.

Heated by LPG gas central heating only and has a brand new living room stove (updated picture shown). The kitchen hob is induction. A new composite front door has recently been fitted.
