This is an upstairs room with access from the rear of the property. There is double glazing and central heating throughout. There is a decent rear garden with grassed and sitting area.

There is plenty of on road parking and space in the garden for bikes to be securely locked. There is a fridge, freezer, washing machine installed for all tenants to use.

There are currently two professional males (45 & 21) living in the house working as Freelance Chefs.

It as a quiet and relaxed, tidy living environment. There is a small cat also living in the house, and I keep bees in the garden.
