Hello I am Mathieu. I have this bedroom to rent in this wonderful flat in Watford premium location.
From May I will mainly live in France just coming back time to time, (roughly every other month to spend time with my kids).

I want to rent one of the bedrooms to a single person preferably knowing that the lodger will have the flat for him/herself most of the time. I just want to be able to keep the second room and use it with my kids when I come back.

The flat is a spaceful 45m3 place.

The location is in the wonderful Reeds Estate, very quiet and close to Watford Junction, Watford town center (less than 10 minutes alking distance) and easy access to M1 and M25.

The gardens around are very nice especially in spring and summer. £1100 PCM. All bills and council tax included but you will have to pay for your Broadband.

Parking space and underground garage included.

The flat will be visible from the 17th April and available to rent from the 5/6th May
