I have two rooms to let on the top floor of a recently renovated three-storey townhouse. The house is on a quiet 1970s estate behind Myatt's Fields.

I am a 40-year-old professional and live here with my young daughter. She attends a nursery nearby. We occupy the first-floor rooms, keeping our living space separate from the two rental rooms upstairs. 

I am looking for a friendly, considerate, and tidy lodger for a 3 month stay, with the possibility of extending the rental. I am also open to part-time arrangements.

  • Room A (4.3 m x 2.8 m) faces east and has a wide tree-top view. It features an added walk-in wardrobe as well as a pedestal desk. The double bed (135x190 cm) has a good-quality hemp mattress (medium tension). The rent is £800 per month.
  • The kitchen is on the ground floor, next to a WC & shower room. It is well equipped with a microwave, air fryer, oven, gas hob, and a blender. This is shared with the family.
  • Across the landing is a newly refurbished bathroom, also shared with us.
  • Room B (2.9 m x 2.6 m) faces west with pretty views over back gardens.
  • Both rooms can be let as a suite. The double bed fits in Room B, allowing for Room A to become a living room. The rent for this arrangement is £1200 per month for a single person, which includes all bills. Rent and bills for a couple is £1350.

Please note that there is no room for cycle storage in the house or garden, and regular work-from-home arrangements cannot be accommodated.
