Cosy top floor rear room with small-double ottoman bed (for extra storage). Also furnished with a chest of drawers/vanity desk, and mirrored wardrobe for extra storage.

Bright spacious home with shared living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, and two bathrooms (each with toilet and wash basin; one with shower, one with jacuzzi bath). Sharing with 2 friendly housemates (this is an inclusive LGBT+, multi-ethnic household, LGBT applicants are preferred but everyone is welcome).

Located in vibrant Stranmillis, close to vibrant shops, cafes, and restaurants. A stone's throw from Queen's University, the Lyric Theatre, and Botanic Gardens, with excellent public transport links into the city centre and beyond.
