The property was been refurbished to a high standard. It has a spacious open plan kitchen/living area. With a master bedroom and two further smaller bedrooms. The bathroom is fitted with a bath/shower. The property has private parking, a car port for storage or further parking. The house has a working solar panel which should power about 10% of the electricity usage at the property.
Rookery Hill Farm is no longer a working farm, even though we are surrounded by cows on the surrounding fields. It consists of 9 residential properties in the heart of the Surrey Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
