The current housemates are looking for someone who is quiet and clean & tidy in the communal areas.

All tenants are referenced and vetted to make sure they are suitable for a friendly shared environment.

The room consists of a double bed a large white wardrobe with separate chest of drawers. 

Shared living room consists of two sofas, tv bench and TV. dining room table with chairs.

Kitchen has two fridges, a microwave, induction hob, oven, plenty of cupboard space. Separate washing machine and tumble drier in the utility area and a freezer

Full time working adults only....sorry NO COUPLES.

There are two parking permits available via swindon borough council. Please indicate if you require a parking permit, this can be checked with the current housemates to see if one is available
