A light and airy studio flat on desirable Delhi street, just off the buzzy Ormeau Road, with all its restaurants and cafes and great park. The flat is part of a larger house with its own entrance. The back room is furnished as sitting room with a sofa and chair and wood burning stove for the colder months. The front room area has a lovely large window looking out onto leafy Delhi street; there is a pull-out bed and dining table and oak shelf unit in here. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and fully equipped with plates, glassware etc.It also benefits from a door that leads to a plant-filled yard with a covered seating area out the back of the flat. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. All bills are included in the rate.
