This flat consists of the first floor of a converted classic Victorian terrace in a wonderful tree-lined avenue in the Brockley conservation area; a short walk to 'Brockley tube' (they insist on calling it 'Overground' but it connects to the tube network like any other tube station) (zone two).  The flat has a really light and airy living room with a stunning feature fireplace (not working as a fire at the moment) and two large sash windows to the front of the house.  There is a high-quality fitted kitchen on one side of the room with oven, hob and hood; spacious fridge and separate freezer; washer-dryer and dishwasher. 

Because our tenants have been with us for so long not much of the original furniture remains but there is a bed; sofa, table and chair so the flat would suit someone who has some of their own furniture but we can work around it. There are photos of the flat as is now with our tenants' furniture and as it was before they moved in with furniture that goes with the flat, unless it is not wanted.

The bedroom is at the back of the house so is quiet and overlooks the 100 ft+ communal garden but it is SMALL and the shower room, whilst beautifully-appointed and lined in granite with a generous shower and chic fittings, is en-suite to the bedroom so this is not a flat suitable for sharers. A single professional person would be ideal or a couple who don't mind a small bedroom and a shower room that is accessible only via the bedroom.

The other residents have lived in the house for a long time and are friendly and well-behaved towards their neighbours. We have owned this house for many years and are looking for a tenants who are quiet and respectful of their neighbours. Our current tenants are moving out after eight years as they have bought their own place.

Outside is a very long and sunny communal garden with seating areas.  There are fruit trees and flowers and it's a really lovely place to sit in the summer and not like being in London zone two at all! There is free parking outside.
