The holding deposit will be non refundable if you fail the referencing or you decide to withdraw or cancel you wanting to go ahead with renting the property. Once referencing has been passed you will then qualify to be able to rent the house and need to pay the security deposit of £790.00. Once this is paid and the contract signed you will have the £100 holding deposit returned. First months rent payable up front on the day of signing the contract. There after the rent to be paid every month.
