My housemate is moving out at the end of May and I'm looking for someone to take over. She has a double bedroom. The apartment is a top floor place with a spacious kitchen and cosy living space and a spare room that is currently being used as an office. It's really lovely here.

I would like someone who also works at the hospital, but it's not mandatory. They MUST love cats as I will be getting two in mid-july. I want someone I can socialise with, go to pub quizzes with and hang out with too. I'm quite nerdy, I work in Radiotherapy Physics and I'm on a training programme for the next 3 years so I'd like someone who can see themselves living here for quite a while.

The rent is 670 PCM but with bills brings it up to around 850 each. This includes council tax and internet and gas/electric and water. We can organise this together when you move in.
