A clean bathroom with plenty of storage. It also has the benefit of a private balcony with open rooftop views. The building has a pleasant private communal garden and loads of bicycle storage. The beautiful green space of King George's Park is a few minutes walk where you can enjoy a nice stroll along the River Wandle. The flat is about 2 minutes walk to a selection of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. In addition, the many shops and boutiques in Southside Shopping Centre are about 10 minutes walk. Several buses run along Garrett Lane, which is close by and these buses take you to Wandsworth Town Station or further into central London. The flat does not have any parking and tenants are not be allowed a parking permit on the streets by Wandsworth Council, so the flat is ideal for a person or couple who don't have a car and works from home. There are some parking spaces in the building which from time to time the owners offer for rent, but there is no guarantee of being able to rent one of these parking spaces.
Approximate running costs from the existing tenant:- Electric for hot water and heating = £80 per month water £30 per month council tax £80 per month A new megaflow tank has been installed which is very efficient. The flat is well insulated and has double glazing, so does not need much heating.
