There is no parking bay though on street parking is available. A bus stop and railway station are nearby. Amenities such as supermarkets, schools, sports facilities and chemists etc., are all available locally.
All applicants welcome, professionals preferred. No pets. No smoking. A deposit equal to one months rent is payable in advance. This will be held in a Third Party scheme.
The property will be available to view from Monday the 7th of April 2025. Entry anytime thereafter subject to agreement and all necessary credit checks etc.. Please note may on occasion ask for a Guarantor and to view financial records.
