This is part of the main bungalow but a one bedroom annexe with its own entrance door and small private garden. There is a bedroom, a small shower room, small l shaped kitchen area which has a cooker and washing machine and is part of the open plan living area. There is broadband and sky tv included along with all other bills. There is also off street parking. This would be ideal for someone working in the area and not wanting the commitment and costs of a rental property. I am looking to rent to a professional person and to only have one tenant.
