2 bed flat available, located in Penylan, Cardiff. Looking to rent whole flat, not individual rooms. Bills not included.
It is well connected with bus services into town every 12mins with the bus stops 3 mins from the flat. It’s also less than a 5 min walk to a lovely park and Welfield road which has several coffee shops, stores and restaurants.
A bit about the flat: It’s a spacious two bedroom flat with a newly fitted bathroom, including a spacious walk in shower. It has a large living room with a small balcony from the living room with a table and chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted with plenty of cupboard space, a washing machine and a new dishwasher. Bedroom 1: has a walk in wardrobe with mirrored doors, double bed and small balcony. Bedroom 2: has a double bed, sofa chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It’s all recently been newly renovated.
The flat has off road parking and Ty-gwyn road is a non permit road.
I am looking for working professional. This flat is NOT suitable for smokers or pet owners.
The current tenants have been here for the last 2 years and have loved it, I’m looking for a couple that would take just as good care.
