Moving In Costs
Move in costs: 1 month rent upfront, plus 1 month deposit, which is held in a Government approved scheme (DPS)
The building has a negotiated block dual fuel account paid for by landlord. All tenants pay a fixed cost for hot water and water costs. This is agreed and fixed for 6 months, so you can plan your expenditure.
You must register for council rates (Band A)
No agency fees, no admin fees at any stage. A fully refundable holding fee of £100 will remove the flat from the market - this will form part of your deposit should you complete.
Other key points:
Working or retired tenants with good references will have priority. Part Universal Credit is also OK with a vetted Guarantor only.
Pricing is based on single occupancy. If Double occupancy is requested either at the start or during a tenancy, then the rent and utilities costs will be increased at a nominal amount agreed at the start of the tenancy.
