Unfortunately due to this being a house share we cannot accept pets in this property. We have a no smoking policy within the house but tenants are welcome to smoke outside within the rear garden.

There are fantastic amenities in the area. A short walk up Boulevard will bring you to the handy One Stop convenience store. At opposite ends of Boulevard, you'll find Anlaby Road and Hessle Road which both boast an abundance of shops, pubs, cafes, takeaways and more.

Transport links are excellent too. There's a bus stop at the top of the street on Boulevard so getting into town and beyond is easy. Being to the west, a short drive will take you onto the A63, the main trunk route out of the city, so it's easy to access the motorway network for business or pleasure.

A 7 minute drive or 11 minute commute on public transport into the city centre. Close to Hospital with an 11 minute walk/8 min public transport/4 minute drive.
