The furnished flat has three double bedrooms, a spacious shared lounge with a large wall mounted TV, a dining area and access to a south-facing balcony. The fully equipped kitchen is open-plan. The lounge-kitchen-balcony area provides a comfortable well-luminated shared living space. A shared bathroom has a bath and a shower, while one of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and a washer-dryer. A freestanding dryer is also available in the main bathroom. Twice monthly cleaning is included in the rent.
The apartment block is well situated for access to public transport, there is a bus stop within a 3-minute walk, with numerous routes both North toward Elephant and Castle and South toward Denmark Hill. Kennington tube station is within a 10-minute walk. Biking towards the city is a popular option, and the apartment block has bike sheds inside a gated courtyard, and a lockable bike room.
The flat is well situated for sports activities: Burgess park is 3-minute away with tennis courts, a regular Saturday morning park run, and outdoor gym equipment. Two of Southwark Council leisure centers with swimming pools are within a 10 minute bus ride.
The apartment block is within a well-maintained gated community, with CCTV vigilance, all doors and gates to the block are secured by code locks. The flat is on the 4th floor, lift access is available up to the 3rd floor.
The whole flat is available for rent immediately. We are looking for considerate and responsible tenants who respect the property, each other and their neighbors. Priority will be given for groups of 3 applying together.
