Room in a Shared Flat, Aston Webb Boulevard, B15

Hi! This is a spacious en-suite room available in the student accommodation The Metalworks for one month from 1 June- 1 July 2025. The room has a large desk with drawer storage. There is shelving above the desk, a 2 door wardrobe and under bed storage. There is a 3/4 (small double) bed with bedside storage and a wall radiator. There is a shared kitchen and lounge with a full sized fridge, mini fridge and mini freezer, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle and other utensils and cutlery. The lounge has 2 couches and a television. It is a 5-bed flat on the 6th floor in which we just share the kitchen and lounge and the corridor. The flat’s front door is accessible only through key cards as is the building front door and the property’s front gate. Each room is only accessible with a key. The reception is available to collect your deliveries and parcels and is also only accessible with a key card. There is an on-site laundry room with many washers and dryers and there is a common room wit couches and a tv and a pool table and some games and books. As the flat is all girls at the moment, a potential flatmate would preferably be female as well. As it is a student accommodation, you must be a student at some university not necessarily the nearest one. It is a short walk from the UoB campus and the Selly Oak student village filled with shops, restaurants and pubs. The rent will be according to be contract £196 per week, £784 for the full month. This would be the perfect place for a home needing a place to stay in between tenancies or just looking to store their stuff in a secure place.
