Hey! I’m looking for someone to take over my massive double room in a 2-bed flat, right off Kingsland High Street – insanely central! The building has two elevators and a concierge that’s in Monday - Friday to help with packages.

The flat is less than a 5-minute walk from both Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland overground stations, with loads of bus routes nearby, making it super easy to get anywhere in London. You’re also just a short walk from Stoke Newington, Newington Green, Hackney.

Bright and spacious open-plan kitchen/living area. You’ll have exclusive use of the main bathroom as the other housemate has her own ensuite.

The room is surprisingly big especially for a zone 2 London bedroom. Plenty of room for a desk if you work from home. It’s unfurnished, but can discuss leaving the bed and chest of drawers for a small fee if needed.

Living with a friendly Irish female (30) who works in recruitment, and a sweet cat!
