We are a family of 3 looking for a friendly lodger to occupy a spare ensuite bedroom at our home in Bradley Stoke. The room is on the ground floor and has been recently refurbished to a high standard and comes fully furnished. It has a door which opens to the outside of the house and will allow access without having to come through the main house entrance. You will also have access to our fully equipped kitchen and other amenities. Basically, you just have to walk in with your personal stuff, without having to worry about arranging furniture and appliances. The rent is inclusive of all bills, including high speed broadband. If you are a dog lover, you have an added bonus of playing with our lovely and very friendly Labrador.


We are located in a sought after area of Bradley Stoke (near to Aldi) with good public transport links to the city centre and other parts of Bristol. Willow Brook Centre, Aztec West Business Park and Woodlands Business Park are all within a short walking distance.
