🚇 **Convenient Transportation:** Multiple bus stops downstairs, 6-minute walk to large Chinese supermarket Kikimiumiu and Yo Home, and big Sainsbury's. 10-minute walk to Northern and Bakerloo tube stations and train station (excellent transport hub!). Various restaurants within a 6-minute walk (Chinese, Japanese, Western cuisines).
🏫 **Near LCC:** 10-minute walk to LCC.
**Other:** Before subletting, room will be cleaned and tidied up by myself. Additional amenities include dishes, utensils, dishwasher (provided by landlord; dishwasher works great), hangers, and cabinets. Some suitcases will be placed in the living room and balcony corner (does not affect daily life). No damages, all facilities in working order. Partial deposit required upon move-in for house maintenance, fully refundable after inspection upon move-out. (require tenant to clean the apartment before moving out)
