2 Bed Flat, Cypress Place, M4

hi, we're moving out around the 1st of may and we're looking for 2 tenants to take over our contract.
If youre interested only in 1 room its ok but a second tenant is required, otherwise youll be liablae for the full cost of the flat as x the current contract.
If we dont find 2 tenants or a single person that takes over the full contract im afraid we will have to cancel our contract with the agency and they’ll advertise the flat by themselves, probably at a higher cost.

Note: total income of tenants must be 47k gbp (agency requirement)

this is manchester green quarter area - M4 4EF - cypress place 7th floor

We pay 1300 gbp for the rent and the contract will end 31st-jan-2026. With bills we're paying around 1650 gbp in total. (800-850 x person dependingn on the month)

I have posted both rooms with same price but it could be agreed bt the new tenants.

2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. No parking space.
