Has been fully refurbished in 2023, brand new roof, UPVC windows, doors, kitchen, bathroom, replastered, painted fresh, brand new carpets throughout. Since then, a very tidy family has rented it and they’ve just moved out as they bought a new place. V good tenants! Fully boarded and lit loft room (not a bedroom) with easy stairway access. Good sized yard, private, brand new fencing. Open space living area, kitchen/diner. Fully fitted Howdens kitchen. New bathroom upstairs, full sized bath with shower over.
