The property is unfurnished, other that kitchen and bathroom.The front door opens to a hall with two large cupboards and leads to the bedrooms, living room and bathroom. The livingroom has a large window to the front and wood effect floor and leads to the kitchen. The kitchen has fitted cupboards, cooker, fridge and washing machine, with vinyl flooring. All bedrooms are carpeted and can accommodate a double bed. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and sink. The flat was recently decorated in neutral tones Direct access to the back garden is via the kitchen door, part of the garden is shared with the upstairs neighbour. A shed is in the rear garden.
