This self contained, ground floor studio can be unfurnished or furnished. The studio benefits from a private kitchen, bedroom fitted with a king sized bed if needed and a private en suite bathroom.
The studio is the ground floor of the house and is entered via the rear of the property. You will have access to the self-contained downstairs area of the house.
Please note that the upstairs area is a separately rented self-contained apartment and is not accessible to guests staying in the downstairs portion.
All bills are include which covers the electric, council tax, water, wifi and Tv license so no further payments will be required.
This property is suitable for 1 person or a couple and is just a short walk from the beach and shops of Palmerston Road.
