Double bedroom with own bathroom — woman preferred 

Hi, my name's Nicole and I am looking for a flatmate to share this cosy flat with me. Sadly, my current flatmate is moving out so her room will be available on 1st April 2025. 


It will just be myself, Willow (my cat) and you living in this flat, much more homely than a huge house share. Sadly, I won't be considering any other pets as Willow has always lived alone and I can't guarantee she would bond with other animals, including other cats.

Quick disclaimer:
Bills (electric, gas, WiFi, water) are not included, they come to around £150-£250pcm, so please have a budget of at least £850pcm before considering this flat.

About the flat 🏡:
– This is a two bedroom, two bathroom flat
– I have the en-suite room, but you'll get the main bathroom which is opposite your bedroom
– Your bedroom does not come with a bed or mattress but my flatmate is willing to sell hers for a great price
– There is an open plan shared living room and kitchen with plenty of kitchen storage
– There is no allocated parking, but roadside parking is always available
– Huge windows which means we get plenty of natural light
– Bus stop is right outside which takes you into town and has connections to Bluewater
– Ebbsfleet International Station is a 20 minute walk and gets you into London in 11 minutes (the bus also goes here if you don't fancy walking)
– The closest large supermarket is a ten minute walk

About me:
– I work 9-5 in social media marketing, 3 days from home and 2 days in the office in London
– I enjoy running – 5k? Half marathon? Sign me up! I also attend regular HIIT classes locally
– I enjoy cooking (Caribbean background)
– I want to be friends with my flatmate, but equally I have my own life and like my alone time
– I like having friends over occasionally for dinner, wine and a yap, but this is not a party house as those days are behind me

About you 🫵:
– I would prefer someone who works 9-5, either hybrid or full time in the office, but this isn't a deal breaker
– You need to be okay with living with a cat as Willow has full reign of shared spaces. She will be kept out of your bathroom and room.
– You need to be a working professional, no students due to council tax (sorry)
– Would prefer to live with another woman
– Clean and tidy as I take pride in having a clean and tidy living space
