With frequent trains to and from London Fenchurch Street (55min ride). Short min walk to the cafes and shops, 10min walk to the beach and the pier. Short (10-15min) walk to the University of Essex Campus. For drivers - plenty of on-street residents parking (Anual permit from the council at £50 - confirm with the council pricing).
Gas central heating (radiator in every room and in the bathroom) with a smart controller, double glazed windows. Underfloor heating in the kitchen. All rooms have clear access, proper windows, and heating. Open plan Kitchen with dining area. Door to the back garden from the kitchen.
