I'm ideally looking for someone that works nights that way you have the house to yourself during the day as I'm at work and I'll have it to myself in the evenings. - But will consider anyone :)

You must like dogs as I have a friendly dog so unfortunately that means no other pets allowed. (I might consider a friendly dog if it gets along with mine)

You will have your own bathroom which is located right next to the room.

The house is based close to Treliske Hospital and Truro College. (walking distance)

No Parking with room, there is on road parking but no guarantees.

Rent price excludes bills.
